Submitting a booking request does not itself guarantee availability. The booking becomes confirmed after payment verification and administrator confirmation.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event date, venue and contact details. Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund decision is handled according to the singer's configured booking policy and direct communication with the booking team.
